On the morning of 15th July , 2022, BE Pressure Supply MFG (Pinghu) Co., Ltd. held 2022 mid-year summary meeting in the conference room on the second floor. The company's senior, middle management personnel and backbone of all departments attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the company's important work and the completion of important projects in the first half of the year, summarized the shortcomings in the work, formulated solutions, and arranged & deployed the work for the second half of the year. The meeting was divided into three agendas: "company-level summary, department-level summary and second quarter profit sharing ceremony".
At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Feng Dongmei (General manager assistant), summarized and reviewed the overall work of the company in the first half of 2022. The important strategic projects formulated at the beginning of the year have been carried out as planned and achieved phased results, such as ” Third Workshop Project”, ”Build CNC”, ”Cost-Saving And Profit-Increasing”, ”Department Independent Accountability”, “Five Job Adjustments”, “System upgrading”. The completion rate of the company's planned projects in the first half of the year was 94%, and the average completion rate of key work of all departments was 88%. Mrs Feng commend advanced, seeking problems, give suggestion according to the main work performance data of each department, and the overall work of the second half of the arrangement and deployment.
Then, Marketing Department, Ministry of planning, Production Division I, Production Division II, R&D, Quality Department, Technology Department, Materials Department, Integrated Department, Finance Department summarized and reported, and the leader make comments and suggestions on each report.
General manager Mrs. Li Wei, gave full recognition to the work achievements of all departments in the first half year, at the same time, the problems and deficiencies in the work are pointed out. And pointed out that in the first half of this year, under extreme pressures of repeated outbreaks in China, the grim international economic situation, heavy tasks and tight time, the company firm confidence, surging forward, all the work continued to progress steadily. However, there is still a certain distance to the goal and task, the company still needs to continue to work hard and forge ahead, devote itself to intensive cultivation, reform and innovation, and focus on development. All departments should conscientiously perform their duties, based on problems and work objectives, promptly adjust their thinking, implement detailed work measures, and make every effort to promote the successful completion of the annual targets and tasks.
Finally, the company continued to honor its commitment and benefit sharing, and held a profit sharing ceremony for the second quarter of 2022, compared with the first quarter, it is found that the profit stratification covers a wider area, and even frontline employees enjoy the company's profit sharing policy this time.
