High Pressure Washer is a high pressure pump through the connecting rod to push the plunger reciprocating motion to static acceleration of water, impact on the surface of the cleaning object, and then impact off the scale attached to the surface of the object, to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Because the pressure is high, the power is strong, the flow is large, it is inevitable that sometimes there will be some common failures, so when the pressure washer fails, how to solve it?

Common faults and solutions of High Pressure Washer:

[Q] : The high pressure pipe vibrates badly, the water output of the nozzle is not uniform, and the pressure gauge pointer wobbles back and forth unsteadily.

[A] : Check the water level, if the water level is too low to inhale air, should ensure that the water supply is sufficient, and exhaust the air in the water supply pipe. If the water supply is sufficient, replace the sprinkler head or clean the filter.

[Q] : The nozzle aperture is large or worn, and the pump head plunger water seal is loose and leaking.

[A] : Replace the plunger water seal, and check and polish the plunger surface.

[Q : The power end of the high pressure pump is hot and the temperature is too high.

[A] : Check whether the oil surface height of the oil observation hole meets the requirements (the required height is at 2/3 of the oil window), supplement or replace the lubricating oil, add the lubricating oil conforming to the specified label, clean the filter screen of the oil cooler, and observe the value of the pressure gauge of the cooler (0.4mba).

[Q] : The pressure of the high pressure pump suddenly rises sharply or the pressure decreases instantaneously.

[A] : The inlet and discharge valve is stuck, replace the discharge valve and spring, or the pilot seat hole is blocked, should be dredged or replaced
